Guide to Enable “Cart Abandoned” feature:

Step 1: First you have to disable WP Cron by adding this below line of code in your wp-config.php file just like shown in below image

define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);

Step 2: Now you have to set the real cron jobs from your hosting panel, you can take hep of hosting provider and tell them to set cron job for this below path.

public_html/wp-cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

If you are running website on sub domain then add this

public_html/your-domain-directory/wp-cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1
